CHRONO CHANGER/CHRONO MORPHER

Version reviewed: Chrono Morpher

A great transformation device from a great series (either one). The Chrono Morpher is sleek and futuristic. Turning it on will activate a sound and light display, and it will emit a beep every 10 seconds. While it's on, each light will blink in a clockwise pattern; every red light once, every pair of green lights twice. The left Zord/Robo calling button will activate a 2 second whooshing sound with synchronized lights. The middle button activates a transformation noise about 4 seconds long with a nice lightshow. The right button starts a communication (all communication noises sound like alarms on these things) sound with synchronized lights that stops by itself after 4 seconds.

That's all there is to say about it. It's a good toy with a great light and sound display. Not a negative thing to note, all I could do is ask for more sounds but it seems pretty complete as it is. The Chrono Morpher goes for around $15-20 on Ebay and appears occasionally. Nab one if you can.

Final Word: Sleek and simple, good use of lights. B+

The original Chrono Changer.
